Position: Care Director

• Location: Noosa, QLD
• Salary: $140K+ super 
• Full time, permanent position

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Clinical Director in meeting compliance requirements and promoting professional development.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities and ensure timely documentation submission.
• Lead clinical care provision, including treatment, procedures, and daily living activities.
• Oversee staff management, including recruitment, rostering, and performance management.
• Act as a leader in crisis management and outbreak response within the home.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years' nursing management experience, preferably in aged care.
• Commitment to quality care and knowledge of accreditation standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency in computer skills and case management.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
