Health Services Manager / Director of Nursing (DON)-Contract

Are you an experienced Health Services Manager (HSM) or Director of Nursing (DON) looking for your next impactful role? We have an ongoing temporary opportunity in Western NSW, with the option to convert to permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Coordinate effective and safe healthcare service delivery
- Develop and implement policies and operational procedures
- Maintain open communication with executives and clinical leaders
- Monitor and report on facility performance, patient numbers, and compliance
- Manage rosters and scheduling for multidisciplinary teams
- Budget management and adherence to funding requirements

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role (HSM or DON)
