Kelly Millar

Hi I'm Kelly,

I started my recruitment journey back in 2016 with Prospero UK, based in the London office where I focused on secondary education. In 2020, I returned home to New Zealand and joined Prospero NZ, where I now specialise in primary and mental healthcare, as well as senior medical officer recruitment.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the healthcare space and love matching skilled professionals with roles where they can thrive. Whether I’m working with local candidates or sourcing talent from overseas, I’m all about making the process smooth, supportive, and rewarding for both clients and candidates.
