Refer a
Healthcare Professional to earn
$500!

At Prospero Healthcare, we believe in rewarding the people who support us.

  • If you know a hospital doctor (junior through to specialist), an Allied Health professional, or a General Practice clinician who is ready for a fresh start or a new opportunity here in Aotearoa, we would love to meet them.
  • Whether they are exploring permanent roles or fixed-term work, please send them our way.
  • Our team partners with public hospitals and private clinics nationwide, so chances are we will have something that aligns with their skills, career direction, and personal values.
  • Once you refer them, one of our consultants will reach out for a relaxed, friendly conversation to understand their needs and guide them through our simple registration process.

As a thank you:
If we place your referral into a permanent role and they successfully complete their guarantee period (three or six months depending on the client contract), you will receive a $500 referral bonus.*

Locum referral rewards

We also offer a tiered system of rewards for locum referrals, because their flexibility and commitment deserve recognition at every milestone.

  • Milestone 1: First shift completed $150 voucher
  • Milestone 2: Seven shifts completed $300 voucher
  • Milestone 3: Twelve shifts completed $500 voucher
  • Milestone 4: Eighteen shifts completed
The referred candidate receives a $750 voucher, and we also gift the referrer a $250 voucher as a way of saying thank you to both parties for their commitment.
