The Role
As Facility Manager, you will:
Provide overall leadership and operational management of the facility
Drive excellence in resident care, compliance, and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of nurses, carers, and support staff
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
Oversee budgets, occupancy, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership experience in aged care, ideally as a Facility Manager, Care Manager, or Operations Manager
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
Solid financial and operational acumen
Current police check, flu and COVID vaccinations, and the right to work in Australia
