About the Role
As Clinical Coordinator, you will:
Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents/patients
Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and care standards within the facility
Support, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive workplace culture
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and allied health professionals
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
Demonstrated clinical leadership experience within aged care, hospital, or community settings
Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, accreditation, and governance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
A passion for improving patient outcomes and staff development
Eligibility Requirements
Must hold valid AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
Must have the right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or eligible visa)
COVID-19 vaccinations and current flu vaccination (as per NSW Health requirements)
Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
