About the Role

As Clinical Coordinator, you will:
  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents/patients
  • Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and care standards within the facility
  • Support, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and allied health professionals
What We’re Looking For
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership experience within aged care, hospital, or community settings
  • Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, accreditation, and governance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A passion for improving patient outcomes and staff development
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must hold valid AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
  • Must have the right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or eligible visa)
  • COVID-19 vaccinations and current flu vaccination (as per NSW Health requirements)
  • Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
