Permanent: $75,000 – $95,000 + super (depending on experience & specialty)
Short-term contracts: $50–$65 per hour + super

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across hospital, community, or aged care settings
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes
Support and mentor junior nursing staff where required
Maintain compliance with clinical standards and contribute to continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Nurses already based in NSW, or those eligible to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions
Minimum 12 months post-graduate nursing experience (regional experience advantageous but not essential)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for regional healthcare
