The Opportunity
We are seeking 1–2 experienced Speech Pathologists with a strong paediatric and generalist skillset to join a growing multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload supporting children and families in regional communities, with occasional overnight travel required as part of outreach service delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about early intervention, community impact, and delivering meaningful therapeutic outcomes in underserved areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessment and intervention services to paediatric clients with diverse developmental and communication needs
- Support children with speech, language, social communication, literacy, and feeding/swallowing needs
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide therapy across clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings
- Travel to regional and remote communities as part of outreach programs (overnight stays required periodically)
- Develop tailored, evidence-based therapy plans aligned to individual goals
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Strong paediatric and broad/generalist clinical skillset
- Confidence working independently within community settings
- Passion for supporting regional and rural communities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel overnight when required
- Current driver’s licence
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Working rights in Australia (or eligibility for sponsorship consideration)
