The Opportunity

We are seeking 1–2 experienced Speech Pathologists with a strong paediatric and generalist skillset to join a growing multidisciplinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload supporting children and families in regional communities, with occasional overnight travel required as part of outreach service delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about early intervention, community impact, and delivering meaningful therapeutic outcomes in underserved areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assessment and intervention services to paediatric clients with diverse developmental and communication needs
  • Support children with speech, language, social communication, literacy, and feeding/swallowing needs
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide therapy across clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings
  • Travel to regional and remote communities as part of outreach programs (overnight stays required periodically)
  • Develop tailored, evidence-based therapy plans aligned to individual goals

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong paediatric and broad/generalist clinical skillset
  • Confidence working independently within community settings
  • Passion for supporting regional and rural communities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel overnight when required
  • Current driver’s licence

Essential Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Working rights in Australia (or eligibility for sponsorship consideration)
